This mesh and animations were created with a stage or club performance in mind.

Whether a classical recital, cabaret club performance or a full stage show, insist on no less than the grand daddy of all pianos, a Full Sized Concert Grand! This piano includes both lead singer and accompanist singing animations.

Playing (seat icon on keys)
Playing While Singing, Lively (seat icon on keys)
Playing While Signing, Ballad (seat icon on keys)
Sitting on Piano while Singing (seat icon on front lip of piano)
Laying on Top of Piano Enjoying the music (seat icon behind music rack)
Sitting on coner of the bench sinnging (seat icon on bench)
Standing at piano singing (seat icon on floor in front of piano)

The Lid of this Piano is also animated. Do know sometimes these will conflict with some of the seat animations so do not use them while sitting on the piano, this will normally clear up after a bit.

'Open' Places it on the High Stick.
'Half' Places it on the Short Stick.
'Close' Closes the lid.

 

Deriving Maps and Tips

This Piano is Mapped with the advanced texturer in mind. You will need to be familiar with the use of texture maps to take full advantage of this mesh. Take a look at my textured version for the depth detail you can achieve.

 

Material 00 Shadow

This is the shadow cast by the piano, you can just reuse mine as it is made to fit the shape of the piano. To remove it replace the opacity map with an all black one and it will vanish.

Material 01 Bench
This is the Piano Bench, both the upholstered top and the frame.

 

Material 02 Soundboard and Sides
This is the Main Soundboard of the piano, where the strings would be.
The Underside of the Soundboard.
The Main Frame of the Piano (this part tiles so make it seamless on the ends!)

 

Material 03 Lid
This is the Hinged lid of the Piano

 

Material 04 Legs
This is the Main Legs of the piano, the piano bench legs, and the Piano peddles

 

Material 05 Keys
This it the Keyboard

 

Material 06 Front
This is the odds and ends, is the area you face if sitting at the piano, the sticks and the wheels.
