And oldlie but a goodie, My fist room mesh ever (IMVU circa 2006) is now furniture!

Note: This Furniture Item has a built in optional no pose xsf option if you wish to remove the seat nodes on your derive.
Go to the config tab and select the No Pose xsf.

This mesh also uses vertex shading to add shading to your textures, if you do not want this effect just uncheck the Vertex Shading box on the material.
