The first texture slot is the poster graffic. You can just replace this or if you want to chage the rest too, below are the UV maps.

Frame: Red is outside, Yellow is the surround around the bulbs.

Frame Back: Green is the back of the poster, red is the inner corners where the bulbs attach.

Bulbs Map: Top is the Vertical tubes, bottom are the horizontal tubes.
